We are forty-six single family homes spread out over eleven acres of lush green space with a heated pool and lounging area. Many of our homes overlook the beautiful Miles Grant Country Club golf course. The villas have two bedrooms and two baths with a spacious living room, dining room, kitchen and carport. Most villas have an additional den and a porch either enclosed or screened. There are no age restrictions and children and pets are allowed.
While we are a condo association, the residents recently (2025) voted to assume responsibility for the care and maintenance of our homes which means outside repairs, lanai, new roofs, painting of the house exterior and driveways as well as the interior are now the responsibility of the homeowner. The pool and ground maintenance are taken care of by the association.
Membership in the Miles Grant Country Club is a great asset with a beautiful golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool, and excellent dining including a tavern for a quick bite or just to hang out and listen to music and enjoy a drink with friends. Although residents of these villas are not required to join, the Club welcomes new members. Golf and tennis upgrades are available with social membership.
